{"id":31514,"date":"2025-10-10T10:34:31","date_gmt":"2025-10-10T08:34:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ethnomuseum.pl\/?page_id=31514"},"modified":"2025-12-17T16:26:51","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T15:26:51","slug":"visit-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ethnomuseum.pl\/en\/education\/visit-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Visit Information"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to purchase a museum lesson?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A museum lesson can be purchased in two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>via the online sales system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by booking the lesson and paying on the day of the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online Sales System \u2013 book your session and settle everything in 5 minutes!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the Tickets tab, select \u201cMuseum Lessons 2025\/2026\u201d, then choose the desired date and time (available times are highlighted in blue).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, select the appropriate ticket type \u2013 depending on the size of the group \u2013 and enter the exact number of tickets for pupils and accompanying adults.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then fill in the buyer\u2019s details, accept the required regulations, and provide the pupils\u2019 class\/age and the school name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the second-to-last step, you can review all entered information and indicate whether you require an invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the process by making the online payment. Tickets and the receipt\/invoice will be sent to the email address you provided \u2013 please check it!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us by email at <a href=\"mailto:rezerwacje@ethnomuseum.pl\">rezerwacje@ethnomuseum.pl<\/a> or by phone at 510 336 571. The Booking Office is open Monday\u2013Thursday, 8:30\u201315:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To book a museum lesson, please provide the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>chosen date and time of the session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chosen lesson topic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>age\/class, number of children and accompanying adults in the group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>school details required for issuing an invoice (if needed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information on whether the group participates in the programme <a href=\"https:\/\/ethnomuseum.nfinity.pl\/edukacja\/informacje-praktyczne\/kulturalna-szkola-na-mazowszu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kulturalna Szko\u0142a na Mazowszu<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/ethnomuseum.nfinity.pl\/edukacja\/informacje-praktyczne\/wsparcie-osob-z-niepelnosprawnosciami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Support for persons with Disabilites<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is made on site at the Museum ticket desk on the day of the event. It is possible to issue an invoice with deferred payment, provided the ticket desk staff are informed in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important information <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before the session<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The number of participants provided at the time of purchase\/booking is binding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may cancel a museum lesson up to 5 working days before the scheduled date \u2013 by phone or email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please read the <a href=\"https:\/\/ethnomuseum.nfinity.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Regulamin-rezerwacji-i-organizacji-lekcji-muzealnych-stacjonarnych-w-Panstwowym-Muzeum-Etnograficznym-w-Warszawie-w-2023-roku.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">booking regulations<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On the day of your visit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants should report to the Museum reception 10 minutes before the start of their session to confirm their arrival.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the lesson has been booked but not yet paid for, please make the payment at the Ticket Desk*.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the group is taking part in the programme Kulturalna Szko\u0142a na Mazowszu [LINK], please submit the required form at the Ticket Desk*.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After completing the formalities, the group should proceed to the cloakroom on level -1.
