The lift takes visitors directly to the main lobby, where the reception desk and ticket desk are located.<\/p>\n<p>To use the platform lift:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Press the intercom button next to the lift.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for assistance from the reception staff.<\/li>\n<li>A staff member will bring the lift down to ground level and unlock the door.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the lift, close the door, and hold down the button.<\/li>\n<li>After exiting on Level 1, turn left to reach the reception and ticket desk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3>Wheelchair<\/h3>\n<p>A wheelchair is available next to the lift. A ticket grants access to all permanent and temporary exhibitions.<\/p>\n<p>The Museum participates in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ethnomuseum.pl\/edukacja\/informacje-praktyczne\/wsparcie-osob-z-niepelnosprawnosciami\/\">Support for Persons with Disabilities in Mazovia programme<\/a><\/strong>. Participants in the programme may attend events for 1 PLN. When you approach a beacon, it automatically activates and emits an acoustic signal, followed by an audio message describing your current location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Museum areas are accessible to visitors with assistance dogs and guide dogs. All exhibitions are accessible by lift. Comfortable seating is available near the exhibition rooms for anyone wishing to rest during their visit.<\/p>\n<p>Some permanent exhibitions include Braille texts.<\/p>\n\n
