The Academic Archive

The Department of Archives and Photographic and Video Documentations has access to over 260,000 documents. The collection includes photographs, negatives, manuscripts, films, audio recordings, posters, postcards, prints, and other ethnographic and related documents.

The archive can be accessed in a reading room after arranging an appointment (at least 24 hours before). Students and researchers can access the collection on site and for free.

You need a written agreement of the Museum’s director to publish or e-mail any of the materials or to conduct a preliminary research, as well as pay a fee according to the current price list.
