Easter Traditions

 

How did people use to say farewell to winter and welcome spring? What should a proper Easter palm look like? Why is the feast so important? How do you play a game of “wybitki”? A tale of Lent, Palm Sunday, Holy Week and Easter folk traditions, told in the scenery of an educational exhibition. Includes ornamenting a gaik-maik, laying an Easter table, games with Easter eggs and ornamenting a wooden Easter Egg with paints and drawings.

Target age: kindergarten, primary school years 1-3, primary school years 4-8.
