How to purchase a museum lesson?
A museum lesson can be purchased in two ways:
- via the online sales system
- by booking the lesson and paying on the day of the event
Online Sales System – book your session and settle everything in 5 minutes!
- In the Tickets tab, select “Museum Lessons 2025/2026”, then choose the desired date and time (available times are highlighted in blue).
- Next, select the appropriate ticket type – depending on the size of the group – and enter the exact number of tickets for pupils and accompanying adults.
- Then fill in the buyer’s details, accept the required regulations, and provide the pupils’ class/age and the school name.
- In the second-to-last step, you can review all entered information and indicate whether you require an invoice.
- Complete the process by making the online payment. Tickets and the receipt/invoice will be sent to the email address you provided – please check it!

To book a museum lesson, please provide the following information:
- chosen date and time of the session
- chosen lesson topic
- age/class, number of children and accompanying adults in the group
- school details required for issuing an invoice (if needed)
- information on whether the group participates in the programme Kulturalna Szkoła na Mazowszu or Support for persons with Disabilites.
Payment is made on site at the Museum ticket desk on the day of the event. It is possible to issue an invoice with deferred payment, provided the ticket desk staff are informed in advance.
Important information
Before the session
- The number of participants provided at the time of purchase/booking is binding.
- You may cancel a museum lesson up to 5 working days before the scheduled date – by phone or email.
- Please read the booking regulations.
On the day of your visit
- Participants should report to the Museum reception 10 minutes before the start of their session to confirm their arrival.
- If the lesson has been booked but not yet paid for, please make the payment at the Ticket Desk*.
- If the group is taking part in the programme Kulturalna Szkoła na Mazowszu [LINK], please submit the required form at the Ticket Desk*.
- After completing the formalities, the group should proceed to the cloakroom on level -1. Please wait there for the educator who will lead the museum lesson.
* For lessons starting at 9:30, please go to the Ticket Desk after the session (the Ticket Desk opens at 10:00).
Important information
- The accompanying adult is required to participate in the museum lesson for its entire duration.
- If the group arrives late, the educator has the right to shorten the session so that it finishes at the scheduled time.
- At the request of the accompanying adult, the session may be shortened, but this does not affect the price.
Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend booking as early as possible – especially if you are interested in a specific time or topic. Sessions are very popular, so it is best to plan your visit well in advance.
Groups may include 20 or 25 participants (prices vary by group size). In both cases, up to 4 accompanying adults may join. The number of participants provided at the time of purchase/booking is binding.
In that case, you will need to book two lessons. This limit ensures comfort and safety for all participants.
Yes. The accompanying adult must take part in the entire on-site museum lesson and actively support the educator in maintaining order and safety throughout the session.
