Where to find us?

The State Museum of Ethnography in Warsaw is housed in a historic building in the very centre of the city.

We are only about 850 metres from the Palace of Culture and Science. Our immediate neighbour is the Zachęta – National Gallery of Art; the Saxon Garden and Piłsudski Square are just a short walk away. Within approximately 500 metres, you will also find the Main Campus of the University of Warsaw and two of the city’s most famous historic streets: Krakowskie Przedmieście and Nowy Świat.

Our central location makes us easy to access, especially by public transport: buses, trams, or the metro.
