A workshop about consumer awareness.
A workshop dedicated to fashion and clothing. We will discuss how garments were made in the past and how they are produced today, exploring how fashion has changed over the years. We will look at phenomena such as consumerism, fast fashion, and slow fashion, and consider how social media and influencers shape our attitudes towards clothing. We will also examine traditional folk costumes and talk about why they were worn. The session encourages reflection on how our clothing choices affect both the environment and our everyday lives.
Target group: primary school, grades 7-8
Duration: 60 minutes
